That way, the client can be sure the property selected is the best that can be found for the price and personal requirements. We take the stress and time out of searching and acquiring property while giving the best property advice. Our clients can carry on with day-to-day lives and responsibilities, assured in the knowledge that we are doing everything possible to find and secure the ideal property sought by our clients.

- We ensure that each client receives the time and resources needed in finding and securing the best and the most suitable property.

- We limit the number of our clients, and never take on two clients with the same needs and specifications at any one time.

- We cover the market, time and time again contacting all real estate agents and all property managers and other outlets we have built up over the years, until we find the right property.

- Through our extensive advertising in national newspapers and property magazines, we are often approached by vendors and landlords who wish to sell or let their property privately or who approach us prior to putting their property on the market with a real estate agent. So we regularly come across property that is not on the market.

- We preview all property that reasonably falls within our clients requirements, so that we can be sure that no stone is left unturned.

- We take whatever measures are reasonably necessary to find the best property. For example, we will even approach owners directly, even if the property is not on the market, if our client is looking for a particular type of property or if they desire a specific area.

Ltd., we believe that our client must have access to as many properties as possible, so that the client feels confident that the purchase or rental decision is the right one. Our clients are often very busy, with only a limited amount of time that they can dedicate to finding property.

Our procedure is to:

- Provide safe transportation and drive or accompany our clients at a time that suits them, even if it is during the evenings or on weekends.
- By fax and e-mail we constantly keep our clients updated on properties that we have come across so that we can acquire as much feedback as possible and remain extremely focused in our search.

- We oversee each transaction through to the exchange of appropriate agreements, payments, and completion of all procedures.

- When necessary, we arrange surveyors, solicitors, structural engineers, decorators, removal firms and financial advisers to assist our clients.
Hanoi House Hunter Co. Ltd., we are utterly focused on achieving the best price and terms when we find a property for our clients. In many cases, we will save our clients more than the cost of our reasonable fee.

When we find suitable properties we:

- Include a thorough evaluation of the type and location of property based on our market knowledge and recent property com parables.

- Professionally negotiate terms in the best interests of our client, gathering all information which may affect the motivation of the vendor or landlord into selling or renting the property, and then using that information to benefit our client.

- Take whatever measures are necessary to avoid headaches, frustrations, and worry (Through lock-out agreements and carrying out whatever is necessary to speed up the buying or renting process).

- Oversee the transaction through to completion.
